'Tennis Score Log' is licensed under the terms of the Apple App Store End User License Agreement.

By using the 'Tennis Score Log' app, you are accepting this Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Puppet Sapiens does not monitor or collect any data created by the user.

Health Data

If you allow 'Tennis Score Log' to access data from the Health kit, with your permission, 'Tennis Score Log' will read your entries for Active Energy Burnt, Steps, Distance Walked and Heart Rate if such data exist. 'Tennis Score Log' will collect those data back to the app screen so that you can monitor your stats while you're playing.

Your health data will not be passed on to any servers, third parties, stored, sold or used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever. The data is only used by 'Tennis Score Log' to provide the functionality outlined above.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy & Terms

By using 'Tennis Score Log' you consent to the application collecting, processing and presenting the data in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not allow 'Tennis Score Log' to access your health data. The app will be fully functional without it.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove content of this policy at any time.
